Warehouse Supervisor ( Tg Pagar )
Responsibilities :
· To manage the flow of goods into through and out of the warehouse
· To manage the maintenance and accuracy of stock in ERP system
· To manage continuous improvement process initiatives
· Act as interface between Management and warehouse employees
· Manage and motivate warehouse employees in terms of welfare, disciplinary and operational matters
· Train and develop employees on skills needed
· Maintain high level housekeeping in the Warehouse
· To manage the flow of goods into through and out of the warehouse
Provide administrative duties
· Lead actively in the company Workplace Safety & Health and Quality programme.
· Aware of the WSH policy and significant aspects and impacts associated with their work activities.
· Ensure duties in accordance with WSH policy, operational and job procedures
Performing admin support on ERP transaction.
Requirements :
· Diploma in Supply Chain / Construction
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in Warehousing
· Able to use Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc) for reporting and managing stockyard
· Has a basic understanding in cost control
· Experience with construction material especially formwork material
· Familiar with handling formwork material
